The CAN Family network is comprised of agencies who are committed to this goal of providing exceptional care to our patients.

For over 30 years, CAN Community Health has been providing premier medical care for those living with HIV, Viral Hepatitis, and other sexually transmitted infections. CAN Community Health has been providing specialized healthcare services regardless of a patient’s ability to pay in all our clinics located throughout Florida, in Arizona, New Jersey, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.

Established in 2004, Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy is the industry leader and authority in Adherence Pharmacy, defined as the clinical practice of improving medication adherence for patients who have been prescribed complex medication regimens. Pharmacy locations can be found across Florida and in South Carolina, Arizona, Virginia, and New Jersey.

Florida based non-profit Midland is focused on improving healthcare access and outcomes across Broward County. Under the Midland network are their Medical, Pharmacy, Research and Cares programs servicing the Oakland Park and Wilton Manors community for over a decade.

Since 2010, Tampa Family Pharmacy has been serving the pharmaceutical needs of the community with a family-oriented staff and approach to care. Personalized, customer service is a key to the standard of care they deliver to their clients daily from their South Tampa pharmacy headquarters.
